Abu Dhabi, UAE, 21 August 2026: Elite Agro Holding (EAG), one of the region’s leading food and agribusiness groups, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Life Global Foods to supply premium UAE-grown blueberries and potatoes in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Under the agreement, Life Global Foods will serve as a strategic distribution partner for Elite Agro Holding’s fresh produce portfolio in Bahrain, beginning with Elite Berry and Elite Potatoes. The partnership will expand access to fresh, traceable and sustainably grown produce while responding to growing consumer demand for high-quality food products across the Kingdom.
Elite Agro Holding cultivates its blueberries and potatoes in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, using advanced agricultural technologies and sustainable farming practices. EAG’s success in producing and exporting premium blueberries demonstrates the UAE’s growing capabilities in cultivating high-value crops that meet international quality standards. As the UAE’s largest and only commercial producer of potatoes, Elite Agro Holding plays an important role in supporting the country’s food security objectives while supplying fresh, high-quality produce to regional markets.
